I have the same issue as being described. Two of my bluetooth earbuds were laggy after fresh installation of Windows 11. They are working fine on Windows 10 and on other non-Windows devices. I notice the lag after resume from suspend. Every time when Windows is fresh reboot, the issue seems gone. After suspense and resume, the issue will come back.
